“Georgian Industrial Group” through its special purpose vehicle  “Luraq Investments Limited” has finalized the transaction on acquisition of 29,29% stake  in Ukrainian  insulin producer JSC “Indar” from  a Polish biotechnological company  Bioton S.A.  “DLA Piper Ukraine” has served as the transaction legal adviser to the Group.

JSC “Indar” is Ukrainian company, headquartered in Kiev, with a full cycle of insulin production.
