The European School hosted Dr. Ken Walsh, the Dean of San Diego State University (SDSU) Georgia on November 16, 2017. Dr. Walsh presented the university programs to the audience and talked about advantages and a future of STEM education. Zurab Gelenidze, the Director General of Georgian Industrial Group (GIG) awarded the European School graduate, gold medalist, Ani Gverdtsiteli, with a full scholarship established by GIG. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between SDSU and GIG, GIG will fully fund all four years of education at SDSU for the successful graduates of the European School.
